1st Capital Meats is owned by Billy and Kathryn Robison who both have experience in the ranching and meat processing industry. Billy will be hands-on, overseeing the daily on-site operations, while Kathryn will focus on cultivating relationships with local ranchers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality cattle. 1st Capital Meats will also have Colton Robison as an advisor and he will build, guide, and maintain the quality of nutrition that goes into each animal that 1st Capital Meats harvests to ensure the highest quality of beef to our customers. With all of their combined knowledge in the meat industry, we are committed to providing our community with exceptional products for years to come.
